Service Overview

Our pad printing process is meticulous and tailored to each commission. We print on genuine LEGO parts, providing clients with premium, authentic materials. We handle various customization needs, from simple, single-color designs to intricate multi-color prints. Our equipment and techniques ensure that each minifigure design meets a high standard of quality and durability, with crisp lines and vibrant colors.

Customization Options

Ra'is Customs offers flexibility in design and application:

• Color Options: We offer a range of colors to match your design specifications. We operate on the RGB and Pantone systems.
• Print Areas: Our services cover a variety of print areas, including the torso (front and back), legs, arms, and head.
• Design Assistance: We can help refine your design to ensure it meets the specifications for pad printing. However, all final designs must be provided by the client or can be commissioned separately.

Commission Process

Inquiry and Consultation: Clients interested in custom pad printing should reach out to us via email at support@raiscustoms.com with a detailed description of their desired design. We will discuss the project scope, estimate the time needed, and provide a quote based on the complexity and quantity of prints required.

Design Submission: After consultation, clients must submit finalized design files. If any modifications are necessary to optimize the design for pad printing, we will offer guidance.

Approval and Payment: Once the design is approved, we will provide a final quote. Payment is conducted via PayPal Goods & Services, ensuring secure transactions for our clients.

Production Timeline: Production typically takes up to 90 days from the time we receive all supplies from the client. We provide updates throughout the production process to keep clients informed of their project’s progress. 

NOTE: In the event that the figures do not meet the quality standards due to a design issue (e.g., errors or inaccuracies in the designs provided by the Client), the Client will be responsible for the costs of producing new steel plates required for the pad printing process. Ra'is Customs will not bear responsibility for costs associated with correcting such design issues.

Quality Control and Delivery: We inspect each figure thoroughly to meet our quality standards before shipping. We work with our clients to ensure the highest standards are met. Once the figures are complete, we ship them to the client. 

Policies

Shipping and Handling: Ra'is Customs is responsible for all shipping costs, including import duties, both to and from our manufacturers and to the client.

Return Policy: All sales are final. We cannot offer any returns due to the custom nature of this process.

Design Rights: All intellectual property rights of the final printed product belong to the client. However, the client is responsible for supplying items to be printed on, such as blank LEGO parts.
