Return Policy

Ra'is Customs Return Policy

At Ra'is Customs, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Domestic Orders (United States)

We accept returns for orders within the United States within 30 days of purchase.

International Orders

For international orders, we accept returns within 45 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as when received, with all original components included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number, must be provided.
  • We retain final discretion on whether a return is accepted based on the condition of the returned items.

Exchange or Refund

You may choose between:

  • An exchange for any other product in our store. If the desired item costs more than the returned item, you will need to cover the price difference. If the desired item costs less, we will refund the difference. The customer will need to cover the shipping costs.
  • A full refund of the purchase price.

Return Postage

Ra'is Customs will cover the cost of return postage for all accepted returns.

Shipping Policy

Ra'is Customs Shipping Policy

At Ra'is Customs, we offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs, whether you're in the United States or abroad.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Customers within the United States can choose between the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority
  • USPS Ground Advantage

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

International Shipping

For customers outside of the United States, we offer the following shipping carriers:

  • USPS
  • DHL

Shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier and destination, and they will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Adjustments

Orders will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed, giving you time to email us at support@raiscustoms.com to cancel or make any necessary adjustments to your order.

We can combine orders if you email us all relevant order numbers, provided all orders are being shipped to the same address.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above 100 USD for domestic orders, and above 150 for international orders.

Discount Policy

Ra'is Customs Discount Policy

At Ra'is Customs, we are proud to support those who serve and protect. We offer a 15% discount to the following groups:

  • Active Military Service Members (Any Component: Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserves)
  • Veterans
  • Law Enforcement
  • First Responders

How to Claim Your Discount

To claim your discount, please email support@raiscustoms.com with:

  1. A photo of your identification or proof of service (military, veteran, law enforcement, or first responder ID).
  2. A piece of paper in the same photo displaying your email address.

Once verified, we will send you a one-time code for 15% off to use on your next purchase. You can request this discount as many times as you need, following the same process.

Limited Warranty Policy

Ra'is Customs Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers damages to Ra'is Customs products purchased directly from Ra'is Customs (official store or authorized seller) and only applies to products that experience issues beyond the customer’s control. Please read below to understand the specific coverage and limitations.

Coverage:

What is Covered: Ra'is Customs will cover damages that occur to the LEGO minifigures or parts purchased, which result from normal use and are beyond the control of the customer (e.g., defects in materials or workmanship, damages from transit if arranged through Ra'is Customs).

What is Not Covered: This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer.
  • Damages due to unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  • Regular wear and tear.
  • Issues arising from exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., heat, moisture, or sunlight).
  • Any product purchased from an unauthorized seller.

Warranty Period: The Limited Warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date, as long as proof of purchase can be provided.

Process for Warranty Claims: If you experience a warranty-covered issue, please contact Ra'is Customs support at support@raiscustoms.com within the warranty period, providing:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos and description of the damage
  • Description of how the damage occurred

Ra'is Customs reserves the right to inspect the item and determine if the damage falls under warranty coverage. If eligible, we will either repair or replace the product. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Note: This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.

Collectable Business Card Policy

Ra'is Customs Collectible Business Card Policy

At Ra'is Customs, we value our customers and strive to create unique and engaging experiences. Our collectible business cards are designed to reward our community with special offers and exclusive rewards. Please review the following policy regarding our collectible business cards:

Collectible Business Card Series
Our collectible business cards are issued as part of a limited series. Each series consists of a set of five unique business cards. Customers who collect all five cards in the series are eligible for a special reward.

How to Obtain Collectible Business Cards
Collectible business cards are included in qualifying orders. To receive a collectible card in a regular order, the order must contain at least one minifigure or have a total value of $25 or more (before taxes and shipping). Ra'is Customs reserves the right to limit the number of cards distributed per customer, per order, or per event.

Eligibility for Rewards
Once a customer collects all five unique cards in a series, they are eligible to receive one free minifigure. To redeem the reward, customers must contact Ra'is Customs at support@raiscustoms.com, providing their information and mailing all five cards to the address provided by our support team. Only original Ra’is Customs collectible business cards are valid for rewards.

Verification of Collection
Ra’is Customs reserves the right to verify the authenticity of collectible cards submitted for rewards. Counterfeit or altered cards are not eligible for rewards. Upon receiving and verifying the original cards, we will proceed with reward fulfillment.

Reward Redemption Process
After verification, Ra’is Customs will arrange for the free minifigure to be shipped to the customer. Shipping fees may apply for international customers. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery of rewards.

Privacy of Collected Information
When redeeming rewards, customers may need to provide personal information, such as their name, address, and email, for shipping purposes. This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we will not use it for any purpose other than processing the reward.

Limitations and Conditions
Collectible business cards are distributed in limited quantities and are subject to availability. Ra’is Customs reserves the right to discontinue the collectible card program, modify the series, or adjust rewards at any time without prior notice. Rewards are limited to one per customer per series. Only original Ra’is Customs collectible business cards are valid; photocopies or replicas will not be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Cards
Ra’is Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged collectible business cards. Replacement cards will not be issued.

Policy Updates
This Collectible Business Card Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
