Ra'is Customs Shipping Policy

At Ra'is Customs, we offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs, whether you're in the United States or abroad.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Customers within the United States can choose between the following shipping options:

• USPS Priority
• USPS Ground Advantage
  
• UPS Ground

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

International Shipping

For customers outside of the United States, we offer the following shipping carriers:

• USPS
  
• UPS (This service is much faster but may result in higher import duties.)

Shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier and destination, and they will be calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying all import duties. 

Order Processing & Adjustments

Orders will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed, giving you time to email us at support@raiscustoms.com to cancel or make any necessary adjustments to your order.

We can combine orders if you email us all relevant order numbers, provided all orders are being shipped to the same address.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above 125 USD for domestic orders, and above 300 USD for international orders.
