Ra'is Customs Shipping Policy

At Ra'is Customs, we offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs, whether you're in the United States or abroad.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Customers within the United States can choose between the following shipping options:

• USPS Priority
• USPS Ground Advantage

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

International Shipping

For customers outside of the United States, we ship all packages through USPS First Class Package International (12-30 business days)

The company reserves the right to change the shipping service. 

The customer is responsible for any and all import duties or costs associated with customs.

We do not ship to Denmark.

Order Processing & Adjustments

Orders will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed, giving you time to email us at support@raiscustoms.com to cancel or make any necessary adjustments to your order.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above 130 USD for domestic orders, and above 300 USD for international orders.
